According to Mitchell and Myles, english is the second language that most people desire to learn after they can communicate their native language. Learning English, learners are able to study inside or outside classroom. Thus, they can be either children or adults. What does the learner should do when he/she is studying? The answer is the process how to process, learn, and store knowledge skill of new language. However, the point is what the appropriate age of learner that can study second language.
