Sunday in the Park (Bel Faufman)

Author's point of view
In my opinion, the author tries to explain the difference between two society status. In other words, they are good and bad habit in each side. Moreover, the author points out behaviors between them, those reflect to family/personal/social/educational background. Wording in each sentence clearly represents characteristic of play. Readers absolutely define that which sentence belongs to good and bad play. Also, we can answer questions after reading easily.

Personal reflection
If I have found this kind of situation, I do not do anything because I believe that it is none of my business that I need to correct and change someone's habit. I think it is very difficult to change behavior from one to another (from bad to good). For me, I try to ignore and avoid to make a conversation with them. It wastes my time to do that. Regarding to the story, it points out that when Morton talks to the big man, the big man ignores in every word that Mortan said. This situation really happens the real world. We cannot change personal's mind. I, however, think that we can live together peacefully.
